Delete your account
You can delete your account whenever you want. Deletion cannot be undone.
Deleting from the app
Open Dremly, go to the Profile screen and tap Delete my account. A two-step confirmation appears; the moment you confirm, the account and the data in it are deleted. This is the fastest way.
Requesting deletion by email
If you can't get into the app, just write to [email protected] from the address registered to your account. We delete it within 30 days of receiving your request. We ask you to write from the registered address for verification; requests from any other address are not processed.
What gets deleted
Your account details (email, name, birth details), every dream you wrote, the interpretations written for them, any summaries produced, generated images and videos, your voice recordings if any, the profile photo you uploaded and the notifications sent to you. Nothing is archived; all of it goes.
Your subscription is separate
Your Dremly Premium subscription lives on the App Store or Google Play side, not with us. Deleting your account does not cancel it; if you don't want it to renew, cancel it separately from the subscriptions section of your store account.
